As you know, I do love me some japanese cosmetics just as much as korean ones. So let’s take a look at another one of my favourite powders from Canmake, which is my fave drugstore brand from Japan ^^
Okay just look at this packaging, like for real though. So pretty!!
The color I have is MO: Matte Ochre, which matches my skin perfectly.
The mirror in this one is huge for a powder compact! You get 10g of product.
DESCRIPTION: Create the sweet-looking face that’s as soft and light as a marshmallow! Achieve a matte finish that conceals pores and hides any unevenness in your complexion. A face powder for finishing your foundation and touching up your makeup through the day. Handy pressed formulation tha’s easy to carry in your bag.
I must say the do a very accurate description compared to the actual product. It does everything it says it’s supposed to do!
* Kind to your skin- contains 72% mineral ingredients
* SPF 26 PA++
* Contains: Aloe vera leaf extract, rosemary extract, chamomille extract, lemon extract, horse chestnut extract, perilla leaf extract, squalane, olive oil, jojoba oil and grapeseed oil. All of these to prevent the skin from getting dry and rough.
*Free from alcohol, surfactants, tar-based ingredients and fragrance.
Swatched :)
All blended. This powder blends beautifully and don’t cake on your face unless you apply too much (which can be the case of most pressed powder I suppose)
MY THOUGHTS:
I have hit pan on this baby now. I can’t live without this powder anymore. I think Canmake makes osme of the best powders for oil control on the market when it comes to drugstores.
And this particular one, I have matched up against my MAC Blot Powder. At least when it comes to the oil control. I love this powder! It doesn’t control oil as well as my Secret Chiffon Pact from Canmake but very close.
If you have very nice skin you could probably use this as a very light foundation but I use it to mainly set my makeup or blot a bit during the day. It doesn’t change the color of my BB cream and feels very light on the skin.
I have nothing bad to say about this product what so ever!
Do you like Canmake products? xx
